• Do you have years of industry experience & would like to train others? • Are you looking for a career change? • Are you looking to re-enter the workforce after rehabilitation? • Do you want an alternative to retirement? Enrol your in Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA40104) and on completion of this short 9 day course (with some self-paced study), you can work as a Training Officer, Trainer or Assessor in a training organisation or in the workplace.

COURSE DELIVERY This course is delivered through a blended learning approach of face-to-face classroom training supported by self-paced distance learning using workbooks supplied. Classes are from 9am-4pm over nine consecutive working days. This practical course includes information-sharing, skill practice sessions, peer & instructor feedback and self assessment where students reflect on their own performance.
The sessions are highly interactive and include practical exercises that ensure that the learning is felt as well as understood. Included in the program is the portfolio builder. This assists students with building evidence in a logical and user-friendly way, and ensures more rapid completion of the certification.
