The Program provides new training places in skills and occupations employers are seeking and is designed to help you secure long term employment.

Are you eligible?
Job seekers
- I am over 15 years of age
- I am an Australian Citizen
- I am a permanent resident of Australia; or
- a humanitarian refugee
- I have been unemployed for over three months
- I am an income support recipient who is not currently required to meet activity test or participaction requirements
- I am a Community Development Employment Projects (CDEP) participant
- I am registered with an Employment Services Provider
- I am participating in the Access Program
- I am not self employed or a permanent student
- I am not currently working but is seeking or intending to seek paid employment or self employment after completing the qualification
- I am not a full-time student
Retrenched workers
Retrenched workers are immediately eligible to access job seeker places under the Productivity Places Program.
Eligibility:
- I am an Australian Citizen or I am a permanent resident of Australia
- I am over 15 years of age
- I am registered with an Employment Services Provider
- I am not self employed or a full time student
- I hold separation documentation or a notice of future redundancy which indicates a termination date on or after 24 February 2009
If you are looking for work, the Australian Government will fully fund your training under the Program.

How to apply?
Step 1 - Confirm eligibility
To confirm your eligibility to undertake training in one of our accredited courses, please download and complete the Confirmation of Enrolment Form
Step 2 - Ensure you have the required documentation
Participants must be able to demonstrate:
- Citizenship or Residency – (one only required)
- Australian Birth Certificate
- Australian Passport
- Naturalisation Certificate
- Green Medicare Card
- Visa
- Age / Identity – (one only required)
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proof of Age Card
Step 3 - Visit your Emplyment Services Provider (ESP)
If you are a Job Seeker registered with an Employment Service Provider (e.g. Job Network Member (JNM), Disability Employment Network (DEN) member, Job Placement, Employment and Training (JPET) provider, Personal Support Program (PSP) provider, or Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) provider), download the Referral Form to a Registered Training Organisation, then give to your case manager with the supporting documents (as per Steps 1 & 2) , and discuss this opportunity to undertake accredited training with AXiOM College to help improve your chances of employment. Your ESP will assist you in completing the documentation and forward the documentation to AXiOM College.
Please contact us to arrange an appointment to progress your application. Please ensure you bring this information pack with you,including partially completed Confirmation of Enrolment Form and supporting documentation (as per Step 2).
Step 4 - AXiOM College contacts you
AXiOM College will process your application and notify you and your ESP about the Productivity Places Program you are enrolled into within five (5) working days.
